Linda’s place was beautiful! Exceeded our expectations 😊. We loved being so close to the beach! Her place was cozy and nicely decorated. She gave a great recommendation for dinner and answered any questions promptly. We would stay there again!

My husband & I booked this for our “baby-moon” and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The area was beautiful, the condo was in excellent condition and it was exactly as described! Linda was extremely helpful as well. I left my glasses behind accidentally and she mailed them out to me! I would recommend this to anyone :)

Linda’s place was accurately described and just enough for a couple to enjoy a quick get away at the beach. My favorite part was how close it was to the beach access, which was very necessary for my tired, pregnant self. Linda is also very communicative and friendly.

We always stay at Ocean Sands! Close to the beach and private beach access. Linda allowed us into the room a couple of hours early since we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and close to the beach, pool and parking. Linda checked in a few times to see if we needed anything as well. A first aid kit was also helpful when a bandaid was needed!

Great place to stay with our family. Very easy on and off the beach. Helpful that there were so many hooks inside to hang towels and suits. A/C kept things comfy inside. Kids liked the pool, adults would have liked some umbrellas for shade.

We stayed at this condo with my wife and two kids for four nights. We loved the place. It is a small condo but enough for four of us. It is a beautiful area with very close walk to the beach and a very nice pool. We could hear the ocean from the pool. We liked the convenience of the outdoor shower. The room had air purifier and was very clean. This is one of the best value properties around. It is not very far from many restaurants in Morhead city, close to shops and the aquarium. The beach is not crowded but it is very beautiful. If we ever come to the area, this is definitely the place we would love to stay again.

We stayed at this beach condo over the 4th of July and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect size for the two of us—clean, cozy, and super comfortable. The best part? The beach was just steps away. I honestly couldn’t get over how short the walk was to the ocean—it made everything so easy and relaxing. Plus, we were within walking distance to a great restaurant, which made our evenings even better. This spot really had everything we needed for a perfect beach getaway. The hosts are super responsive and ensure that you have everything you need for your stay. There is a few things to do other than go to the beach. You can go to Fort Macon and walk those trails. Or you can go to the aquarium. The aquarium is what we did and we enjoyed it. It was a great activity to do when it rains. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a wonderful house. Went to help my mother with cancer treatments not vacation. This house was perfect for our needs. Well stocked kitchen. Really good quality of cooking pots, pans and utensils. Bathrooms were very clean. Bedding, linens, and furnishings were very adequate. The neighbors are polite and friendly. Great location. And yes at times there are chickens in the back yard, However they did not bother us and were actually pretty cool to watch. Superb hosts! Super communication, very helpful, really nice. This house is a gem and my wife and I are so glad we found it. Definitely will stay here again.

This was our second stay at Linda's double unit at Ocean Sands. The extra space made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well-appointed and we had everything we needed to cook meals as we limited going out over the holiday weekend. The beach access is close and easy and we loved meeting new friends at the pool. We would definitely recommend this unit at Ocean Sands and would absolutely stay again.
