Good to know

Come enjoy our studio condo haven by the sea! Well appointed kitchen and a full bath, including a bath tub perfect for soaking after a long day on the beach or to easily bathe the children. No stairs in! Very comfortable queen-size bed plus a pull-out, full-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, the condo may be a bit tight for four adults. A maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with two children is also OK for this space. The absolute maximum number allowed is four people, including infants. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience. The exterior of the building is original construction, and we recently made some updates inside including new floors. You can relax with cable TV along with an easy beach side life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast! Bring your own hot spot for internet access. While this unit does not have any ocean view, you are mere steps away! This particular unit is also super close to the pool. We ask guests to leave no trace - pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and laundering the linens between guests to make the unit as safe as possible for every stay. Notes: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions! This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.

House Rules

- We want all of our guests to arrive to a unit ready for their stay and we need to have time to clean the unit for the next guests. Unauthorized late check-outs will be assessed a $100 late check-out fee. -The HOA has strict occupancy limits. No more than 4 persons are allowed. More than 4 persons in or on the property at any time could lead to immediate removal without a refund. -Sorry, HOA rules limit pets to owners only. We can't waive the no pet rule. -Guests agree to read, respect, and follow all community guidelines and rules. A copy of the rules can be found in the unit. Additional rules may be posted on signage on-site at the complex. -You agree to be responsible for any damages, including a loss of revenue on future rentals, for either failure to follow house or HOA rules and/or lost items/damage occurring during your stay. -The HOA has enacted a strict "no-smoking rule." That means no smoking inside the unit, in the parking lot, by the pool or anywhere else on the grounds. Violation of this rule could result in a $500 HOA fine, a $200 extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the unit, immediate removal from the property, and loss of all rental fees. -The HOA charges $200 to replace parking passes. Failure to return a parking pass will result in a $200 charge per non-returned pass. You will receive full access instructions prior to your visit, and a house manual with other instructions and info is available in our condo when you arrive. Please read these prior to contacting us for assistance. -We ask guests to wash and put away all dishes, clean up food spills, take out the trash and place all used linens in a laundry hamper prior to departure. -Guests who leave the unit in such condition that excessive cleaning, beyond what is required after a normal, courteous guest, will be charged a $100 excessive cleaning fee. Examples of what may require excessive cleaning include, but are not limited to: leaving dirty dishes in the sink; leaving trash in the unit; leaving food stains on furniture, counters or floor; and leaving the bathroom with human waste on the fixtures or floor. -By reserving this condo, you agree that if you are unsatisfied for any reason upon arrival, or during your stay, you will contact the host to allow the host the opportunity to address any concerns prior to asking for a refund and/or contacting AirBnB.

Neighborhood

The complex is literally just over the dunes from the beach. Grab your towel and beach chair and take the short 50 step stroll across the yard to the beach. In close proximity to Atlantic Beach Boardwalk, Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle Beach. NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is just down the road. Short drive to tons of area attractions and only about 40 minutes to historic New Bern.

Guest Access

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, BBQ grills, and a great seaside community on the island! Due to limited parking availability, boats, boat trailers, and RVs are not allowed at this complex.

Find us

Mere steps (less than 50) from the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Most other places, you will need a car as public transportation isn't available in the area.
