Linda was very communicative staying on top of things and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Place was cozy and budget friendly. The beach was just 3 minutes walk. Had a nice experience overall!

If you are looking for a solo beach trip or a romantic getaway with your partner at the beach, this is the place to book. Stunning beach views and an easy forty seconds walk to the beach. close to all beach shops. 10 minutes away from stores and my favorite seafood place. the condo is super cute, and has everything you need. Linda is an amazing host, answers questions in a timely manner, checks in, in case you need anything. I come to atlantic beach for my solo weekend once a year and this will definitely be the place i'm going to continue to book.

Your home was perfect for our family of four. We were in town for a family gathering and enjoyed our time at your property. The home is beautifully renovated, but still kept the original the charm in all of the right spots. We will be back anytime we are visiting family in Amherst again. Thank you again.

We loved our stay here! The studio was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view was beautiful, and it was just a short walk to the beach—perfect for morning walks and sunsets. The space felt peaceful and well cared for. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful studio in Atlantic Beach. When they say it's steps from the beach, they are not kidding. It's 100 steps to be exact-yes I counted! Everything you need is there-wifi, cable tv, stove, fridge, etc, even a boogie board and skim board! Perfect location near restaurants, groceries, and the bridge. Loved it. Also we made the reservation very last minute, like 6:30 pm on the day we wanted to check in. Linda was extremely accommodating and we we checked in less than an hour later. Great host, great place!

The house was cute, clean and comfortable. It could use some landscaping for the bushes, but had a nice lawn for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly with young families in the townhouses across the street. The host was very responsive and easy to contact. We had some small issues, but they were resolved quickly. We happened to be there during a storm and dealt with quite a bit of rain and wind, but the house felt secure and safe.

The condo was clean and it had all the amenities we needed down to a coffee pot and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and I highly recipe s staying at Bogue Shires 264 Nothing! It was excellent

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's place. It was very clean, cozy/beachy, and just as described. The best part is that it was just a few feet from the beach and ocean! Shopping for souvenirs and plenty of restaurants were nearby in either direction. And Linda was very proactive and responsive in all e-communications, so that was very appreciated! Thanks for a great stay!! :-)
